One all-inclusive price for a minimum of eight kids and eight adults gets you a designated private area, unlimited rides, access to a petting zoo, the haunted house, the car barn, the barn slide, and so much more. Bring your own party food or we'll provide kid-friendly options like our popular sandwich tray and mouth-watering, 16-slice large pizzas.

In addition to our famous hay rides, pony rides, and train rides, there are two haunted houses – one we've been told is the scariest around and a non-scary version for younger kids. Check out the popular and innovative Car Barn, where each young driver gets to travel the beautifully-designed track for five minutes, supervised by an adult. Ready for more adventure? It's waiting at the Lemos Farm Dig Zone, an exciting experience that gives even the smallest child control of a mighty excavator with just the touch of a button.
