Guest Policy​

Lemos Farm is open to the general public year-round. At our family farm, guests are to treat others with kindness and respect. Promoting family values is important to us and is the responsibly of employees and guests to be a light for our children, giving them a great example to look up to. Rain Policy​

The farm will be open under the conditions of light rain and occasional showers. In the case of heavy rain, the farm will close. If the farm is closed due to rain, your tickets may be used as a rain check, honored anytime of the year, or be refunded by request. Party hosts may cancel or reschedule their event in the case of a rainy forecast or closure.
COVID 19

Covid-19 Update 1/11/23: Lemos Farm is open and operating outdoors under safe, sanitary conditions under the compliance of San Mateo County. Face coverings are not required when visiting. We ask if you or your family has been in contact with someone with COVID-19, or are feeling symptomatic, please stay home and reschedule your visit. Thank you.
Gentle Reminders
Parking at the farm is included in the admission pass. There is space for handicap parking at the beginning of the main lot. For the safety of our guests and animals, we do not permit pets of any kind on the farm. Dogs and/or other animals may frighten our ponies while giving kids pony rides. To assure the safety of all our guests and animals, please leave your pets at home. There is also no alcohol, marijuana or any other illegal substance allowed on the premises. Additionally, each child should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Each day promptly at 4:45pm, our ticket booth closes for ticket sales. Moreover, each attraction closes its line at 5:00pm. Filming and photography often takes place at the Lemos Farm by our staff. Each guest consents to such videography and photography when entering the grounds.
