The Dig Zone Tractor

The Dig Zone Tractor at Lemos Farm is a real (if somewhat smaller!) piece of construction equipment, developed specifically for safe play. Your child can sit in the cab of the Tractor and work the controls, using the excavator to scoop up and dump out gravel in the steel mesh cage beyond the cab. You should see the look of pure joy – and triumph – on a small child’s face when they dump out a load of gravel from the mighty claw! In fact, many adults also like to get in and take a turn. They just can’t resist it!

Safe Fun for Everyone

You may be wondering whether the Dig Zone Tractor is safe – after all, it’s an actual hydraulic digging machine! Well, don’t worry about a thing – all the moving machine parts are behind a steel mesh cage, so there’s no way anyone can be hurt. Your child will sit in the cab, with total control over the digging arm and scooper, while a warning light flashes above them. It’s simply irresistible!

Each turn in the Tractor lasts exactly two minutes, but plan ahead – there’s a good chance your child will ask for more than one turn!

Lemos Farm and the Dig Zone are open on the weekends from 10am-5pm. We’re closed from Monday through Wednesday. Come on down to Lemos Farm at 12320 San Mateo Rd in Half Moon Bay, CA and have fun digging in the Dig Zone!
