Welcome to Goat Yoga at Lemos Farm! Whether you’re an experienced yogi or just looking for your next big adventure, goat yoga provides a truly heart-warming and unique experience for all ages! Each session is 1 hour long. It includes 45 minutes of yoga while 15-20 small goats roam around you, perhaps nibbling at your clothes, climbing on your back, or cuddling up with you during relaxation poses. After yoga we allow for 15 minutes of free play time with the goats. Usually, this is the best time to grab your pictures. The farm yoga class is designed for all levels, abilities, and ages 5 - 100. Goat pose, anyone?
